This notice covers the LuciFurs homepage at lucifu.rs. LuciFurs is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy requests, email contact@lucifu.rs.

Information used to deliver the site

When you visit, our hosting and content-delivery services receive technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested file, browser details and response status. We use this to deliver pages, investigate faults and protect the service, based on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website.

Home has no account, contact form, analytics or advertising scripts. We do not build advertising profiles or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Hosting and contact

Amazon Web Services hosts the site and delivers shared artwork and fonts through cdn.lucifu.rs. Those file requests are part of displaying the site. Service providers process information needed to deliver and secure their services. Read AWS privacy information, including its information about international processing and safeguards.

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond and handle your request, based on our legitimate interests in providing support or, where applicable, our legal obligations. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

How long information is kept

Web-server logs rotate daily and are normally retained for about 14 days. Information needed to investigate a security incident may be kept for the investigation. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and consent

Home does not set application cookies or use local storage. Browser caching helps deliver the site. The cookie notice explains this and links to the privacy settings.

If optional analytics or other consent-based features are introduced, we will identify their purposes, providers and storage before asking for your choice. They will stay off until you opt in, and you will be able to withdraw consent through Privacy and cookie settings. Visiting this site is not advance consent for future features.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights depend on the circumstances and lawful basis. We will stop processing following an objection unless there is a compelling lawful reason to continue. Contact contact@lucifu.rs; we may need information to identify the relevant records and will normally respond within one month.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner or your local data-protection authority.
